Carlo Chiuchiarelli

Carlo Chiuchiarelli grew up in Parma, Ohio with his siblings Rick and Connie. He attended Padua Franciscan High School. A proud husband and father, he has been married to wife Kathy for 30 years, and has three children: Dana, Vincenzo, and Kara.

Carlo worked several jobs throughout high school, gaining customer service skills and labor experience. At age 18, he began working with his father Vince. Together, they worked for a mason contractor for a short time before deciding to venture into their own construction business.

In 1977 Vince and Carlo began Chiuchiarelli Construction, Inc. They focused first on honing their masonry work before branching out into custom home building. After expanding clientele through referral and word of mouth, the duo purchased a lot in the Cedar Estates subdivision in North Royalton, jump-starting their careers as custom home builders with their first new home project.

By 1982, Chiuchiarelli Construction, Inc. began its second custom home project while operating a thriving masonry business. Later that year Carlo, Rick, Connie and their father began the company Cedar Valley Homes to expand their custom home building in Cedar Estates, co-developing the rest of the subdivision in North Royalton, Ohio, with a partner.

Over the next 38 years, Carlo has been blessed to run a business doing what he loves - building people’s custom new homes and remodels, making their dreams come true

Carlo has since stepped aside from running the day to day operations, but his expertise still remains a cornerstone of Chiuchiarelli Builders Inc.

"Carlo and the Chiuchiarelli family made our home building process very enjoyable. We had a vision for our dream home and they understood our vision down to the last doorknob. We will continue to use Chiuchiarelli Builders for future home projects." Megan and Joe W., Hinckley, Ohio
